COVID Lockdown Cancellation Policy:
We are all hoping for a complete season this year, however in the event of a COVID lockdown and cancellation of games for the remainder of the season, we will be refunding players based on the schedule below. As you may understand that there are a number of upfront fixed costs that a league incurs prior to the start of the games, such as Jerseys, Waterbottles, etc. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund these fixed costs if they have already been processed. We are a not-for-profit organization serving the youth in our comunity and will do what is in the best interests of our community members. That said, we also do not have funding to support losses. The below schedule is a guideline of refunds, however in the event of a lockdown, we will re-assess the costs incurred vs the remaining amounts and will offer an amount based on that situation at that time.
- COVID Lockdown before Dec 31st 2021 - 30% refund / 70% non refundable
- COVID Lockdown before Jan 31st 2022 - 20% refund / 80% non refundable
- COVID Lockdown before Feb 28th 2022 - 10% refund / 90% non refundable
- NO Refunds after Feb 28th 2022
Please note that if there are a few games/practices missed due to a lockdown, there are no refunds for those weeks, however we will do our best to make up those missed days when things open once again. We appreciate your understanding.
